Snackfolio – Terms and Conditions for All Sales

Welcome to Snackfolio. We’re glad you’re here and hope you enjoy being part of our newsletters, websites, communities, coaching programs, courses, cohorts, and any other products or services we create (each a “Service,” and collectively, the “Services”).
By using any Snackfolio Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”), including the binding arbitration and class action waiver described below. These Terms govern your access to and use of Snackfolio and all Services without exception.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this website. Your continued use of Snackfolio means you accept any new or modified Terms.
Some Services are works in progress. We reserve the right to change or discontinue any Service at any time, without notice, at our sole discretion.
1. Premium Services
When you subscribe to or purchase any Service—such as newsletters, courses, coaching, cohorts, or other products—you may be required to provide your name, email address, billing information, and payment method.
By placing an order, you:
- Agree to pay the applicable fees listed at the time of purchase
- Authorize Snackfolio to charge your payment method for current and future charges unless you cancel
- Certify that all information you provide is accurate and current
Snackfolio reserves the right to cancel or refuse service to any user at any time, at our sole discretion.
Most Services are delivered digitally (email, web platforms, communities such as Discord, video, etc.). You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by contacting sam@snackfolio.io.
Trials, Automatic Billing & Cancellation
Some Services may include a free trial or introductory offer. Unless otherwise stated:
- Only one trial per person or household is allowed in any six-month period
- If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged
- If you do not cancel, your payment method will be charged automatically
Subscriptions typically renew automatically at the then-current rate. By allowing renewal, you authorize future charges. You may disable auto-renewal by contacting sam@snackfolio.io.
Snackfolio reserves the right to adjust pricing upon reasonable notice.
Refunds
Different Services may have different refund policies, including some that offer no refunds. Please review the specific offer terms before purchasing.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Refunds are generally available only to first-time subscribers
- If you cancel, receive a refund, and later re-subscribe, standard refund windows may no longer apply
- Purchases made through third-party vendors are subject to that vendor’s refund policy
2. Credits & Transfers
Certain Services may allow credit transfers toward other Snackfolio products, subject to the specific terms of your offer. Not all products are eligible.
Credits:
- Must be applied at list price
- Cannot be combined with promotions
- May be used once per Service
- Do not carry bonus materials forward
Snackfolio reserves the right to deny transfers based on eligibility, timing, credit amount, or user history.
3. Affiliate Relationships
Snackfolio may receive compensation from third parties whose products or services we reference or recommend. Compensation may affect placement or visibility.
No review or mention constitutes a guarantee or endorsement.
Products and services not offered directly by Snackfolio are subject to their own terms and are used at your own risk.
4. Additional Terms
Certain Services may include additional or separate terms. If there is a conflict, the Service-specific terms control.
Some parts of our site may rely on third-party APIs. Use of those areas is subject to the API provider’s terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use Snackfolio.
5. Intellectual Property
All content provided by Snackfolio is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws and remains the property of Snackfolio or its licensors.
You may not:
- Resell, transfer, or redistribute any Service
- Republish or post Snackfolio content elsewhere
- Use Snackfolio trademarks without written permission
When you post content in Snackfolio communities, you retain ownership—but grant Snackfolio a perpetual, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and distribute that content.
6. Conduct
Snackfolio encourages open, civil discussion.
You agree not to:
- Post abusive, hateful, defamatory, obscene, or unlawful content
- Impersonate others
- Post spam or solicitations
- Upload malicious files
- Use automated tools to scrape or access the platform
- Disrupt Services or infrastructure
Snackfolio may remove content or terminate access at any time for violations.
You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access at sam@snackfolio.io.
7. No Personalized Business Advice
Snackfolio provides education, not personalized business or financial advice.
We do not know your specific circumstances and cannot determine suitability. You accept full responsibility for all decisions you make.
Snackfolio is not liable for outcomes based on your actions.
8. Responsibility for Decisions
You agree that you alone are responsible for your business and financial decisions.
Snackfolio, its owners, and its partners are not liable for any losses resulting from your reliance on our content.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties & Liability
All Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
Snackfolio makes no warranties regarding:
- Accuracy
- Completeness
- Fitness for any purpose
- Results or outcomes
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Snackfolio is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of any Service.
10. Communications
You consent to receive required notices electronically via email or posting on our site. It is your responsibility to keep your contact information current.
11. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
If a dispute arises, we agree to attempt informal resolution first by contacting each other via email.
If unresolved, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, not court litigation.
You waive your right to:
- A judge or jury trial
- Participate in class or representative actions
Claims will be decided individually.
You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of providing your information by emailing sam@snackfolio.io.
12. Agreement
By using Snackfolio or purchasing any Service, you agree to these Terms. Your electronic acceptance constitutes your legal agreement.
13. Miscellaneous
If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Alabama.
Snackfolio Services are intended for U.S. users. Use outside the U.S. is at your own risk.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Snackfolio.
